Faithfulness and generosity
through hardship, failure, and success

Ryan Dill – LSDP Manufacturing

Ryan is founder and owner of LSDP Manufacturing, a fast-growing company that caters to the oil & gas and defense industries. His story began as a teenage father and college drop out who married his high-school sweetheart and gave his life to Christ by the age of 20. A few years later, he was promoted to a Senior Business Development role at Hunting Energy where he gained a working knowledge in the business of manufacturing. At 27, he founded LSDP. Five years later, his company has grown significantly with now over 20 employees and has expanded it’s footprint with the oil & gas market with clients that include some of the largest service companies in the world in addition to the Department of Defense. Through seasons of extreme difficulty and countless failure over the last five years, he’s learned that it’s trusting in God in those times that speaks loudly of the sufficiency of knowing Christ. Ryan’s passion to see lives transformed by God’s grace has led him to lead his business.
